In our group video which is an induction for Porsche Boxster, we think there are lots of challenge through the start of the video till the end. Firstly, from our group meeting we discuss that we need to find a supercar and take a video with an induction however it is very diffcult to find a supercar from the local area. Luckily one of our group member’s friend has a Porsche and allow us to take video with the car. Secondly, when we induce the Porsche, as a supercar there are million of different information from inside the car to outside the car so we need to manage what part of the car we are going to induce and which part of the car we need to record. Lastly the main challenge of this assignment for our group was the video editing because all of our group members have never use any of the video editing software before and it is diffcult to learn and hard to use. As we faced this challenge, we did lots of research from different type of video editing softwares and compare each other to find out which software will be the best to fit in our group video.

The process of creating the video in our group is simple because we have done lots of research how to make a video. First of all, we planned the video with the resouces we have. Also set the approximate time of the video, how many shots do we need to take and is there any backgroud music that we can be able to add into the video. Secondly camera and music recording. Because we do not have a DV so we used iPhone to record our video in this assignment. In this step we took lots of different camera angles to find the best way to record the video and also record the most clearly voice as possible in the video. Lastly is the video editing. We spent most of the time in this step through our group assignment not only because it is new to each of our group members but also it is the most important part in the video. Without a great video editing, the video could not be possible to success no matter how well the video is. In this step we remove all the unwant part of the video, make each of the video in to the correct order and edit them into one video. Also we have disscuss that which part of the video should in our final video and which part should give up so that when the final version of our video came out, all of out group agree the editing and everything in the video.

Our previous assignment for blog was supercar so in this video assignment we are focus on taking video with one of the most famous supcar brands which is Porsche. Supercar is one of the most exciting thing in the world that can make people into crazy special young adult and most of us like reading cars’ report at each different blog and watching car testing in Youtube. So relate to our blog we manage to video Porsche and this is a good experience for our group not only to understand each of the single part in the car but also learn how to record a video and edit the video.

Bentley Continental GT





The Bentley Continental GT Speed will re-establish itself as the British luxury brand’s fastest model when it debuts, appropriately, at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in late June.
Bentley’s performance flagship returns as part of the second-generation Continental GT coupe range, surpassing the feats of the last Speed introduced five years ago.
The new Bentley Continental GT Speed accelerates from 0-100km/h in 4.2 seconds and can reach a top speed of 329km/h.
Those figures are derived from an uprated version of the company’s twin-turbocharged 6.0-litre W12 engine, which in the Speed produces 460kW of power and 800Nm of torque. The outputs are superior to the W12 engine in the regular Continental GT by 37kW and 100Nm.
While other Bentley models except the range-topping Mulsanne use a six-speed auto, the Bentley Continental GT Speed’s power is distributed to all four wheels via a new ZF eight-speed automatic transmission featuring closely stacked ratios.
Bentley claims the new Speed also brings a higher level of dynamic ability through its lower ride height and modified steering and suspension.
There should be plenty of grip from the 21-inch wide, low-profile 275/35 Pirelli P-Zero tyres that encase a ‘Speed’ wheel design unique to the fastest Bentley.
The exterior gains a revised front bumper design featuring lower air intakes.
Inside, the Continental GT’s exquisitely crafted interior gets another level of opulence in the Speed with a Mulliner Driving Specification cabin created by Bentley’s renowned coachbuilding division and usually optional rather than standard.

Ferrari F12 Berlinetta




IF WOMEN can justify a new pair of shoes because of how much money they’ve saved, men may have just found the ultimate excuse to buy a Ferrari.
The new F12 Berlinetta unveiled in Sydney today might cost almost $700,000 but it’s actually a bargain.
The fastest and most powerful Ferrari road car ever made is $200,000 cheaper than the previous pinnacle of the Italian sports-car range, the 599 GTO.
The latest Ferrari - air-freighted into Australia overnight ahead of customer previews in Sydney and Melbourne before it jets off to China - has more power than a V8 Supercar.
It can reach 100km/h in 3.1 seconds - the same time it takes most cars to reach 40km/h.

The new Ferrari F12 Berlinetta is going fast in more ways than one; it’s sold for 18 months even though supercar sales are on struggle street at the moment.The previous champion Ferrari, the 599 GTO, reached the speed limit in a comparatively tardy 3.35 seconds.
"Our market segment has dropped between 16 and 20 per cent,” says Ferrari Australia general manager Kevin Wall. "Suffice to say the downturn is significant, it’s enough to hurt.”
But Ferrari isn't hurting too much.
"We will deliver between 100 and 115 cars this year … and have just delivered our 1000th Ferrari in Australia in seven years," says Wall, citing the number of sales since European Automotive Importers took over the distribution of Ferrari cars locally in October 2005.
By comparison, it took more than 40 years to sell the first 1000 Ferraris in Australia.
Just 2200 Ferraris have been imported into Australia since 1952 – this year is the brand’s 60th anniversary locally.
The first Ferrari sold here was a "canary" yellow ‘212 Export’ coupe, and it is still in the country – in pristine condition.
Ferrari Australia is hosting potential buyers of the new F12 Berlinetta to VIP previews in Sydney and Melbourne this week, including flying some guests over from mining rich West Australia.

Aston Martin V12 Vantage



Thirty Aston Martin V12 Vantage sports cars, with a combined value of more than $11.5 million, have been recalled in Australia to correct a defect with the vehicles’ tyre pressure monitors.
Sold in Australia between August 1, 2009 and October 1, 2012, the British-built luxury coupes were originally priced at $395,000 and are currently available from $386,892.
The official recall notice for the Aston Martin V12 Vantage published on the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s (ACCC) website explains:
“The vehicles have the incorrect software installed in the tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
“If the pressure in the front tyres of the vehicle reduces because of a leak or puncture, the TPMS system will not give a warning to the driver until the tyre pressure is 3psi lower than the design specification.
“This may result in loss of control of the vehicle, posing a traffic hazard to the driver and other road users.”

Lamborghini Sesto Elemento


Lamborghini Sesto Elemento introduced a concept car at the 2010 Paris Motor Show, the model size and Miura similar.

Lamborghini--Aventador J


Aventador is the launch of a new car at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, Lamborghini previous generation instead Lamborghini Murcielago. At the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, Lamborghini has released a product called the Aventador J Special Edition models, Aventador J only limited worldwide, priced at 2.1 million euros, more than six times more expensive than the standard version of the Aventador. This limited meaning there is no design model, there is no available storage in the show car of the Lamborghini Museum. Audi R8

The Audi R8 (Typ 42) is a mid-engine, 2-seater sports car, which uses Audi's trademark quattro permanent all-wheel drive system. It was introduced by the German automaker Audi AG in 2006.
The car was exclusively designed, developed, and manufactured by Audi AG's high performance private subsidiary company, quattro GmbH and is based on the Lamborghini Gallardo platform. The fundamental construction of the R8 is based on the Audi Space Frame, and uses an aluminium monocoque which is built around space frame principles. The car is built by quattro GmbH in a newly renovated factory at Audi's 'aluminium site' at Neckarsulm in Germany.


Audi AG unveiled the Audi R8 V10 on 9 December 2008. It uses a 5.2 litre FSI engine, based on the unit in the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 (which in turn was based on the 5.2 FSI V10 as used in the Audi C6 S6 and Audi D3 S8), but is re-tuned to produce a power output of 525 metric horsepower (386 kW; 518 bhp), and generate 530 newton metres (391 lbf·ft) of torque. Compared to the V8 variant, the R8 V10's performance numbers are enhanced. Audi states the new 0 to 100 kilometres per hour (0 to 62.1 mph) time as only 3.9 seconds, 60 to 124 miles per hour (97 to 200 km/h) in 8.1 seconds, and a top speed of 317 kilometres per hour (197.0 mph). Other changes to the V10 version of the R8 include some aesthetic differences: such as all-LED headlights (a world-first), interior enhancements such as Bang & Olufsen 465 watt sound system, and a more aggressive body styling, larger rear brakes and unique roadwheels.
It was initially thought that this version of the R8 was going to have the same engine as the C6 Audi RS6, a 5.0 litre V10 TFSI twin-turbo engine, which produces 580 metric horsepower (427 kW; 572 bhp). However, some components of the twin-turbo system overheated, and one prototype was destroyed by fire at the Nürburgring. This model was shown at the 2009 North American International Auto Show.

Jaguar F-Type



Jaguar is a British luxury and sports car manufacturer, headquartered in Whitley, Coventry, England. It is part of the Jaguar Land Rover business, a subsidiary of the Indian company Tata Motors.
Jaguar was founded as the Swallow Sidecar Company by Sir William Lyons in 1922, originally making motorcycle sidecars before developing passenger cars. The name was changed to Jaguar after World War II to avoid the unfavourable connotations of the SS initials .Following a merger with the British Motor Corporation in 1968, subsequently subsumed by Leyland, which itself was later nationalised as British Leyland, Jaguar was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1984, and became a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index until it was acquired by Ford in 1990. Jaguar has, in recent years, manufactured cars for the Prime Minister, the most recent delivery being an XJ in May 2010.The company also holds royal warrants from HM Queen Elizabeth II and HRH Prince Charles.
Jaguar cars today are designed in Jaguar Land Rover's engineering centres at the Whitley plant in Coventry and at their Gaydon site in Warwickshire, and are manufactured in Jaguar's Castle Bromwich assembly plant near Birmingham.

The F-Type convertible was launched at the 2012 Paris Motor Show, following its display at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in June 2012, and is billed as a successor to the legendary E-Type. It was developed following the positive reaction to Jaguar's C-X16 concept car at the 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show. Sales will begin in 2013 with three engine choices; two variants of the AJ126 V6 petrol engine and the AJ133 V8 petrol engine.

Bugatti Veyron




The Bugatti brand is one of the automotive industry's oldest marque's, and it has plans to make a public and very loud comeback with what could well be the fastest production car toever hit the blacktop.
After what seems like years of teasing us with prototypes, mock sketches and the odd mention of a 1001 brake horsepower engine, the Bugatti Veyron is finally finished and will be sold to European markets late in 2006, and America and Asia Pacific territories after that.
While the Bugatti name is essentially Italian, Carlo Bugatti (father of Ettore Buggati) left Milan for France in 1904, and the marque has since built its cars in Molsheim, France.
Today, the Bugatti name is owned by Volkswagen, and the new Veyron supercar has also been styled by the Germans, yet despite this many of the die-hard Bugatti fans are still pleased with the car's appearance.
The Bugatti Veyron was formally announced as ready-to-go by Volkswagen in Monte Carlo recently.
The automaker also released offical images of the production car (pictured right), which is slightly different from the Veyron shown at the 2002 Geneva Motor Show.
To start with, the long bodied Bugatti - which measures a 4.5 metres from grille to 'zorst, and a massive 2.0 metres wide - gets slightly re-jigged headlights and a few extra air intake apertures, such as those located just behind the front wheels.
As it stands however, the Bugatti behemoth is one very exotic proposition, both in terms of styling and performance.
The twin intake snorkels mounted on the roof help funnel cool air to the mid-mounted engine, and while practical, they add a great deal of visual impact too.



Dodge Viper




























Few vehicles scare me like the Dodge Viper. It isn’t the massive V10 shoehorned under the hood, or the dimwitted steering, or even the broiling interior of the original that’s as comfortable as a root canal.
No, it’s the fact that Dodge’s thermonuclear warhead of a supercar always has been, well, dumb. It was almost an anachronism — an absurdly large engine driving the rear wheels, with little in the way of grace, manners or poise. It was to driving as a sledgehammer is to carpentry — a tool way too big and crude to do anything more than destroy everything in its path.
The keyword there: was. The new Viper is almost everything the old Viper wasn’t. The go-fast gurus at Dodge’s Street and Racing Technology (SRT) team set out to develop a Viper that was more usable, more manageable and yes, more powerful than any that had come before without losing what SRT President and CEO Ralph Gilles calls the car’s essential “Viperness.”



Pagani Huayra




Finally, somebody has made a video on the Pagani Huayra! And not just so we can hear the whistling gurgle of its 522kW, Mercedes-sourced twin turbo V12, but also so we can hear how to pronounce its name properly...
British magazine evo became the first media outlet to test the new Pagani earlier this week, taking it for a quite delicious thrash through what appears to be the Italian alps, probably around Pagani's headquarters in San Cesario sul Panaro, near Modena (the place where Ferraris and Lambos are built).
It's rather a nice video. The Huayra, which TopGear will no doubt drive in the new season, is the replacement for the now-quite-old Zonda, which was first launched way back in 1999.

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG




The fifth rendition in the Black Series family is here in the second half of 2013 and Mercedes-Benz Australia already has five orders. “As it stands, our 2013 allocation is already allocated to customers,” says spokesman Jerry Stamoulis.
“We are now talking to AMG and attempting to secure more to fulfil a current wait list. “Realistically the total number will not exceed 10 cars for Australia. “The final price has not been set but it's likely to be similar to the SL65 Black Series which was around $700,000.” 
The new SLS Black Series, inspired by the track-only SLS GT3, showed itself at Affalterbach finished in Solar Beam metallic paint and layered with exposed carbon-fibre components, black wheels and gold brake calipers.
Compared with the standard SLS, the Black Series is lower, hunkered down on its fat wheels and aggressive with its highlights of shining carbon fibre, its dominant rear spoiler and the brightness of its moor show colour. It looked like a glowing ember in the centre of an enormous, otherwise vacant warehouse amongst AMG's factories.
AMG engineer Alexander Weber says its specifications are closer to a GT3 car than a road car. “But the Black Series has a more powerful engine,” he says. It has a 6.2-litre M159 V8 engine with 464kW (631hp) - up 44kW on the SLS - but torque has been clipped back to 635Nm, down 15Nm on the SLS. 
Part of the reason for the torque drop is simply that the coupe doesn't need it because it has a lower final drive ratio and weighs 100kg less than the standard SLS. Weber says the transaxle's drive ratio is 4.44, lower than the standard SLS at 3.67. “The steering ratio is also shorter.”
The engine is redlined at 8000rpm, up from 7200rpm in the normal SLS, allowing it to hit 100km/h from rest in 3.6 seconds and onwards to 315km/h. It has launch control - with software specifically tailored for this car - that allows for a 10 per cent slip for better acceleration. 
“We changed a lot in the engine,” says Weber. “It has a new intake manifold - made shorter - and new valve gear that is a lot lighter. The oil circuit is new and so are the engine bearings. “We have reduced back pressure and fitted a 100 per cent titanium exhaust system.
“There is an improved cooling system that was developed for the race track.” Much of the performance increase has come from the weight-loss program. Weber says the weight has been dropped by 100kg to 1550kg. “The torque tube for the engine drive from the front mid-mounted engine to the rear transaxle is now made of carbon fibre,” he says.
“Previously it was aluminium and now the weight has come down to 13kg from 26kg.” Carbon-fibre and carbon compounds feature prominently, including trim in the cabin. It has compound carbon brake rotors and the rear spoiler is made of carbon fibre and tested in a wind tunnel to achieve downforce up by 40 per cent on the normal SLS.
Each wheel is forged and 1kg lighter than the normal wheels. In total there is a 16kg weight loss over the normal car because of the wheels and the compound carbon brake rotors. Tyres are Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 measuring 275/35ZR19 at the front and 325/30ZR20 at the rear. 
Weber says the car has hydraulic engine dampers that are specific only to the Black Series. “These solve problems with preventing weight distribution as the engine moves during driving,” he says. “It means no two parts are moving against each other and therefore don't change the weight distribution and therefore don't affect the handling.
“This makes the Black Series a quicker car on the race track.” When asked, Weber says that other AMG cars may get this system to improve handling. The SLS Black Series is 26mm wider at the rear and 13mm wider at the front compared with the standard SLS.
“You can see this in the additional bulges over the wheels and the rear indicators which are sunk into the fender, not flush like the standard car,” Weber says. “The tracks are also wider - in fact, wider than a GT3 car.” Mercedes-Benz Australia says the car will arrive in Australia from the second half of next year and that most of the buyers who have placed orders are previous AMG owners.
The SLS Black Series is the fifth of this model line-up to be produced by AMG. The company started the Black Series with the SLK55 in 2006, following it with the CLK63 in 2007, SL65 in 2008 and C63 Coupe in 2011. Mercedes-AMG chairman Ola Kallenius says the latest Black Series “is a perfect study in the 100 per cent transfer of technology and engineering from motorsport to the road”.
He says the new gull-wing is “the ultimate choice for fast laps and highly emotional driving experiences” and is the “most dynamic gull-wing model of all time”.
